“How do I know that I can trust you?” I asked, needing to know.

“Have I ever screwed you over, do you remember when that crazy red head from a few years back tried to pin her pregnancy on you?”

I felt my jaw tighten as I nodded my head. That woman almost destroyed me but it somehow disappeared.

“Who do you think took care of that?” He took care of himself. “And when Jimmy wanted bring you down before you could even get behind the camera, who do you think stopped him?” Again he pointed at himself.

“I see something special in you Drake, I always have.”

I thought about his words for a long moment, believing everything he just said.

“Fine you have got a deal.” I stuck my hand out to seal the deal.

“We will talk soon,” He whispered when Jimmy and the other guy came walking out of the conference room. Then he winked at me and added in a louder voice.

“I think you making a huge mistake, Drake.”
