Aria's POV

Liam gaped at him in disbelief. “Wh… What? I… I don't understand. Why?” He stammered.

Knox didn't reply. He just stood there with an unflinching gaze. It was Alpha Maxwell that repeated the question.

“Knox, what do you mean?” He asked in obvious confusion.

“You told me the first day I came here that I could pick any female I wanted,” Knox replied.

Maxwell furrowed his eyebrows. “Yeah, but you said you weren't interested. I've always made that offer to you whenever you come around, but you've never been interested.”

Knox shrugged nonchalantly. “Well, now I am, and Aria is who I'm interested in.”
