Aria's POV

Surprise surged through me at his words. “What?” I gaped stupidly.

An amused look crossed his face, but it disappeared so fast that I thought that I had imagined it.

“I am sorry for my sister’s behavior,” he repeated, then he sighed. “Please don’t tell the alpha about it.” He said.

I was getting so surprised and confused that I couldn’t hold in my surprise. “What is causing the sudden change of mind? Did you suddenly grow a conscience, and decide that I didn’t deserve all the unnecessary hate? Why are you suddenly so scared that I would tell the Alpha?” I spat as annoyance flickered through me.

What was his end game? Why was he acting this way?

Hunter released a sigh, and he placed his hands in the pockets of his sweatpants.
