Chapter 26. Jasper

Jasper took us to Barney's where they have a family-friendly section inside the restaurant. "Thank you for this, I'm so bored. I need to get out and see other people." I uttered happily and adjusted Tara's baby chair after the waiter left with our order.

"Huh?" the man gave me a puzzled look.

He actually made me laugh and Tara's giggles follow. "Your daddy is so funny." I caressed her chubby cheek. "Silly man, this," I glanced, gesturing to our surroundings. "It's been a while since I dine fully clothed, with other people around."

"Oh, right. Sorry, let's make this our date night then, every weekend or every other weekend we set a date to dine out."

"Oh yeay!" I let out a little excitement at Tara and she giggled some more which then made him laugh and my heart warms seeing both of them happy in front of me.
