Chapter 126

“Madam”! One of the guards ran in yelling. Sarah turned sharply to him “This better be important or you get the first bullet” she spoke angrily. “We found Joseph, he has been arrested,” the guard said panting. 

Sarah was shocked “Arrested, why? For what reason?” She asked him. “The housekeeper's Guardian alerted the police” he replied. “Oh, I see, all these peasants always doing the most” Sarah mumbled. She had to release the housekeeper to get Joseph, he was important in her mission but it was not going to be easy. “Give me the station details” Sarah requested as she lowered her gun. “Get this housekeeper to the hospital, we'd be returning here soon” she instructed another of her men.

As Sarah fumed, she knew she had to act fast. She pulled out her phone and dialed the number of the local police station. "I need to talk to the chief," she said, her voice tight with anger. "It's urgent." After a moment, the chief got on the line. "What is it?" he asked, his voice gruff. S
