Xavier left in a hurry because he could not stand the judging eyes of his grandfather. He told the driver to be the one to bring Jessica back home as he went back to work.

Jessica had made it clear she did not want to be called a part of the family if they were going to go through with the divorce and there was no turning back for him as he had his mind set on the divorce.

Dawson who was uninterested before going home decided to go home after seeing the way Xavier reacted to Jessica today. Maybe if he were home he could monitor more things than putting Roselle in charge. She has promised she would get them together on a honeymoon but had failed the whole first month of their wedding.

"I am glad you decided to come home with me," Jessica said.

If Dawson had insisted that he was not going to go back home with her she would have looked like a fool in the eyes of Xavier and she would have felt terrible. If she had somewhere else to go she would have gone to hide
