Chapter 578. Stacey Gone Mad

Bianca had given him ten million dollars. It wasn’t just enough to live on. It felt like she was giving him a second chance at life.

“Bianca… thank you… Thank you…” Peter whispered, holding the card with shaking hands. He felt, for the first time, that raising Bianca hadn’t been a waste. Out of all his children, she was the only one who had truly become someone he could be proud of.

Just then, his phone rang.

It was Ashley.

Peter stared at the screen, unsure of what to do.

Back then, even though Ashley couldn’t avoid prison, Rupert’s help had reduced her sentence to just one year. By now, Ashley should’ve finished her time and been released.

“Damn it. You’re just like your mother. Neither of you ever brought me any good,” Peter muttered.

Ashley wasn’t even his real daughter. Stacey had brought her into the Scott family. To protect Stacey, Peter had treated Ashley like his own. That was why he neglected Bianca for so many years.
