Chapter 68

Damian was alone. As soon as Lilian closed the door behind her, he looked up from his laptop. He sighed and relaxed into his chair. He was hurt; something that he had never felt before. When he saw Lilian and Sean kissing so passionately he felt a stab in the chest. Initially, it felt like a game between him and Sean and he was amused seeing him try his luck to get Lilian's attention and now that he had gotten it, Damian felt like a loser. He closed his laptop and paced around his room with his arm in the sling. He was getting better now and could even manage quite well without the sling. As he thought about Lilian, his skin came alive with her touches. His skin suddenly began to recall every graze and light touch, every intentional pressure.
