Chapter 128
In less than half an hour, Bianca's bags she had brought with her was stuffed into the boot of her car.
A stunned silence still hung in the house and even though the workers were glad that she was now leaving, none of them said a word or outwardly expressed their joy. None of them liked her for her bossiness and her entitlement mentality and whenever they knew none of the family members could hear them, they would gather round and make degrading comments about her in whispered voices.
After the last trunk was placed in the backseat of her car, Bianca emerged from her room with Jeffery in the stroller. Everyone watched, both angry and shocked that she could do such a thing.
Bianca stared boldly at each one of them, as if trying to cook up an excuse for everything but she couldn't come up with an explanation. She wasn't used to feeling such powerlessness and so she tried her best to act neutral, as if none of it fazed her, as if she didn't bother about losing everyth
