“Because there was a male figure with a tall posture and also wearing a robe, he pulled me when I was about to help Mate.”

“What?” I asked with a frown.

“He did. The man had a white face, and although he was wearing a robe, I could see that he had a pretty handsome face.”

“Then, what happened after that?” I’m getting more curious.

“He pushed me until I fell. He pulled me until I bounced away from the crowd of people,” Shanun said.

“Wait! Does he have teeth?” I asked.

“Yes, that’s right! He didn’t say much, but I could feel that he didn’t want me to help Mate.”

I listened intently to what Shanun said.

“He’s not an Alpha,” I said quietly.

“What? Who were you calling?” Shanun asked, bringing his face closer.
