Chapter 166

Georgina's POV

 I was just a high school graduate, an orphan with a low-paying job and nothing really special to show.

Two men in suits come up to take us into the supermarket, we pass through the middle space created by the ladies doing the ushering work. I didn't expect a ceremony like this, so I feel slightly inclined towards doing my thing freestyle, I just want to go in and greet everyone, not follow the protocols, being guided by these two men selected to take us through.

"Where are we going next?" I ask one of them, the one on my right. Since the management has decided to make our visit formal, which is the norm, I decided to succumb to this, asking for directions.

"We are going to take you to meet the general manager, from then he will lead you to come and give the staff their gifts. I watch around and they are at their respective places, perhaps being obstructed not to come out yet to maintain decorum, they wave and smile with nice courtesy
