I frowned when I found myself waking up in the infirmary room.

The heart monitor beeped beside me, and I couldn’t help but close my eyes as the brightness blinded my vision.

However, closing my eyes ended within seconds as I recalled what happened. My body jerked up despite the pain that I was in, and my heart raced against my chest, beating on the monitor to reflect it.
