“I’ve been thinking,” I said, breaking the silence between us. Celeste lay sprawled out on a lounger, her nose in a book as she enjoyed the remainder of the Sun for today.

“Don’t hurt yourself,” Celeste said, a mischievous grin on her lips as she pulled the book away to shift her attention to me.
