“ Love ? Who said I ever loved you ?” Roel chuckled, watching the color slowly drain from Natasha’s face. Her face went pale and she stared up at him in shock making him burst into laughter.

“ What? Why are you looking at me like that? Did you seriously think I was in love with you ?” He chuckled again. “ Oh no darling, I’m not… Or should I say… I never was Natasha.”

“ B— but— but you told me.. ” She stammered, looking at him in confusion.

“ B—but— but I told you what? ” He mimicked her and burst into laughter when he saw the expression on her face.

“ You told me you loved me! ” She yelled, more tears streaming down her cheeks. Her eyes had turned red and swollen due to her crying but Roel didn’t care. He wasn’t even bothered in the slightest.
