Chapter 214

Kai arrived at the guest's floor and hurried down a hallway leading to a particular room. As he approached, he could see Elliot and a few warriors standing guard in front of the room.

“ Where is she?” He asked the moment he reached them. He had to confirm things for himself. Elliot gestured towards the door and Kai nodded before walking in.

A woman with brown hair sitting on the bed looked as he entered. Her unmistakable piercing brown eyes glared at him as he neared. Clothes tattered in many places and dirt covering her whole skin, she looked extremely unkept.

She looked thinner than Kai remember— even sickly.
