I was back home, and I was up late. André was in his study attending to some work, and I was in our bed reading.

I had a book about the pack’s history open in front of me, and I was reading it carefully. Sephora and Grayson had stopped my training in the meantime and had encouraged me to prepare mentally to face the women’s council.

I was a little upset. I really enjoyed my training sessions with them, but there was nothing that I could do.

I was a little glad since I was able to give Nima a break.
