Chapter 44. Escape Plan

Alpha Kai's POV

My eyes opened and I blinked, forcing myself to wake myself up from the harsh sunlight. I hissed as I could feel my body sore from all the scratches and wounds. 

Looking around, I paused. 

No. This isn’t the deep woods. 

Where the hell is Arya?

A sharp sickening pain entered my head and I hissed. My mind instantly recalled all the memories and I was reminded of fighting to the death with my brother last night. 

I instantly stood up in alert but heard the dangling of chains pressed on my hand, along with the cold metal around me.

No, I am enclosed in a  cage. It’s completely dark around so I let my instincts rule me. Since it was shaking up a bit, I believe I am in a moving vehicle. A car. 

And this means only one thing. I lost the fight last night with my brother. And I am here in the back of a car, going to where the fuck it is. Yet why did he not kill me?
