Mirabelle’s POV

Prom was last week, the student union decided to make it the week after exams. Shitty idea if you ask me, even though we had time to prepare for prom before this but I was still unnerved. I went with Trey but as friends.

Rachael went with her new boyfriend, a university freshman and Camilla surprised me by bringing Tiana. Everyone got wasted that night, not even Camilla was an exception, she was matching dresses with Tiana. I tried to send her the dress she bought previously but she didn’t want it because it was meant to match with Adrian’s suit.

Martin picked us up and dropped us home, there was no nagging the following day. I don’t see much of Adrian these days, he’s acting taking his education more seriously, he goes to campus often and Santiago too. The house isn’t the same without Camilla, I didn’t realize how dependent I was with her until I was calling her to ask her what comb I should use for my hair.

I love that she always answers my
