“Me.” The cold syllable dropped from above like a stone.

Alpha Reid looked up through his pain-clenched teeth, barely making out the man’s appearance through his watering eyes.

The man standing over him was no ordinary werewolf. Tall and imposing with chiseled features that seemed carved from marble, his piercing blue eyes held the unmistakable dominance of a high-ranking Alpha.

His athletic build was deceptively lean, masking the lethal power beneath his designer clothes.

What the hell? Some pretty boy?

Reid was certain he’d never seen this man before.
