The crowd dispersed instantly, everyone scrambling to avoid the Alpha’s wrath like small prey fleeing a predator’s hunting grounds.

In moments, the vast deck was nearly empty, an eerie silence settling over the remaining few individuals.

“It was him...” The young female attendant pointed with a trembling finger toward the lackey under Jeremy’s foot, tears streaking her face. “He hit Miss and called her horrible names...”

The lackey, having just witnessed Alpha Reid get his tendons severed before his eyes, had been trying to make himself invisible. Just when he thought he might escape notice, the accusation fell on him like a death sentence.

His face drained of all color, resembling a corpse more than a living man. “You little
