I sat in my study, attending to some cases with Dennis and Beta Abel when we heard a knock on the door.

“Check who it is,” I told them.

Beta Abel stood up, walked toward the door and opened it, revealing a guard.

The guard immediately bowed when he saw Beta Abel but that still couldn’t hide the happiness on his face. “I’m here to announce something to the Alpha,” He told Beta Abel.

Hearing that, my eyes went to Dennis who was sitting in front of me “Is Bella still in the laboratory?” I asked him and he nodded.

“I sent some maids to go give her some things she needed an hour ago,” He replied.
