Chapter 46. I Don't Mind a One-Night Stand

After I explained everything that happened to Ariana, she was just as angry as I was and she cursed Sir Gabriel nonstop.

"That old man is mad already. Not only did he not appreciate your effort, but he also thought he had the right to act as an elder when he was a useless one. After what he did three years ago, the least you could have done as a doctor was kill him but you didn't do that and he is still targeting you." She lamented, holding my hands tight.

I let out a deep breath, I had wiped the tears off my face and I no longer have any tears to shed. "I keep wondering why I came in the first place. Gabriel is an ungrateful person and I shouldn't have accepted to treat him at all." No matter how hard I tried, my hatred for Gabriel had reached a boiling point and there was no way I would forgive him again.
