Chapter 72. You Looked So Hilarious

Bella’s POV

I was tearing up in my room while also trying to console myself for the sake of the baby when my heart suddenly started racing uncontrollably. I stood up from the ground and walked over to the bed where I sat down, my hands pressed on my chest.

I closed my eyes gently, trying to read my mood and find out what was happening but everything was blank. Was it the baby? Was it in danger because I was crying so hard? I quickly wiped my tears as I climbed the bed.

I covered myself up with the duvet and rested my head on the pillow, trying to force myself to sleep. No matter how much I hated myself and wanted to cry myself to death, the baby in me had not sinned and it must stay no matter what.
