Chapter 75. No One Can Hurt Him

Bella’s POV

“Lady Bella!” Dennis shouted and grabbed my hand. He shook me gently and I felt lightheaded. I staggered backwards but he held me tight in his arms and slowly, I got back myself.

I dropped the bane whip and looked at my hand, my mind was a total mess but I could still see the injury that covered my hand and the blood that kept dripping from it. My breathing was haggard, I felt weak and tired. However, I felt better when I saw the state the rogue overlord was in.

He was sprawled on the ground, blood forming a pool under him and without a doubt, he was barely holding on to his life. I knew he was better off dead at that moment and the pain he was going through was a million times more than he would have expected. All those times when I was injuring myself while increasing the strength of the whip with my blood, he would be feeling a hun
