Maeve’s POV
“The stone?” I echoed, my gaze flicking to the circle of witches before me. I didn’t know every detail, but I understood that the Eclipse Pack was desperate to claim the phoenix stone. They needed all four, for reasons unknown, and so far they’d only secured two.
A subtle tingling on my skin drew my attention back to Draven. He reached out, brushed my arm, and his voice rumbled softly: “Stay here with the witches, Maeve. I’ll send some warriors at once.”
Instinctively, I nodded, watching as he slipped away beside Elysia. I turned and drifted toward the witches’ courtyard, urgency pulling me forward. I had to warn them—our pack was under siege by the Eclipse Pack army, and they were here for the stone.
