Chapter 38
Gabby’s POV
The cool wind blew against me moving my hair with its rhythm and caressing my skin. I didn’t know how long I had stood there for neither did I know when I had stopped crying. My hands gripped the railing remembering every cruel word I had heard ever since I was born.
I always thought that when I grew older, things will be different that they will change for the better but I was wrong, it only got worse. I was glad no one had come to look for me here, not like they ever cared.
‘But Aiden cares,’ A small voice whispered to me but I shut it out just like I had shut Hera out moments ago.
I stared down looking at the lawn below and then the forest in view and I wondered what will happen if I jumped down and hit the ground. It was quite really far maybe if I did, I will die and finally end the misery.
