Unexpected Diya’s Condition

Shourya’s PoV

I went home and took Diya for a health check-up after informing mom and dad about this good news. The doctor checked her and wrote a few tests.

“Doctor, is anything wrong with Diya’s health?” I asked.

“We need to wait for the reports. We can’t say anything now,” the doctor said, and she went through all the tests.

We returned home as reports will come tomorrow. I talked to the constables regarding the case of that girl who was murdered in the hostel. The culprit, Anand, was arrested, and tomorrow they will submit him to the court. I looked at Diya, who is in deep thinking. I went and sat beside her.
