Saelyna, Gylen and Caivan had been gone for long now. Almost a week.

The stone they gave me was still in my possession and all forms of contacting them with it proved abortive. They’d warned me not to trust anyone else except Prince Charles.

I wonder why they took this long to uncover the truth about the witch that possessed the queen.

One of those days I was trying to reach them, I felt a spark from the stone that seemed to stun me for a few seconds. I decided to keep the stone for sometime until I understood how best to use it.

In the evening of that day, a servant came to notify me of the Prince’s request to go hunting on the morrow, and I had a invite to go with him.
