His actions are surprisingly simple, but his manner suggests more than mere skill in using a bow. While the other men surround him, they seem almost deferential and respectful. The man standing before me is a master of strategy, a man with remarkable command of his powers.

Taking charge of the situation without hesitation, he addresses Prince Charles. “What say you, my liege? Are there any further preparations necessary?” he asks with a friendly smile.

“No, my friend,” he responds calmly. “Everything is ready. If all goes well tonight, we shall find the answer to our dilemma, free the king, and take vengeance against the witch.”

I feel my pulse quicken with excitement at hearing his announcement. After years of searching for a way out, it seems as if we are finally making some sort of headway. As the night wears on, the uneasiness in the air grows. Soon, we will discover the answer we seek.
