“What?” I shift and sit up to look him in the eye. “You can’t. Ronnie is completely innocent, and no matter how you look at it, I bear some responsibility for getting those horrible photos taken of me. We can tell the police. Have them intervene for extortion.”
“They’ll drag you through the mud,” he says.
