Blake:

“Wait, wait, wait, you’re telling me, that THIS, is your first date?” I asked wide eyed. Natalia nodded, biting her bottom lip as she avoided my eyes.

“Yes, I was never one to be interested in going out on dates, or being around guys more than necessary. Plus, there was the fact that I needed to keep a certain ‘image’ of my parents; I couldn’t be as exposed as other girls were” Natalia said honestly “and need I remind you that I as an element manipulator can bring danger to whatever human might approach me; I couldn’t risk that”

I nodded in understanding, taking my wife’s hand in mine making her smile as I intertwined our fingers. The two of us were walking around the city, doing nothing, just walking. We wanted to get out of the house, and a casual dinner date didn’t seem our thing to do; therefore, we settled for something as we walked and us talking.

“What about you?” Natalia asked “where was your first date?”

“It was back at the pack” I admit
