Being summoned on any day apart from Sunday (the 7th day of the week) meant something was definitely amiss. Inside the silvery orb, there was one interesting or rather scary feature, which was associated with the physical characteristics of the chairs the initiates’ invisible doubles sat on. They were black in color, with purple upholstery and backrest. The upper part of the backrest was carved and designed to resemble the head of a king cobra with a folded hood. The head of the carved king cobra came ‘alive’ when an initiates’ invisible double, or any other person (inside the silvery orb), sat on it. The head of the king cobra subsequently spread its hood after coming alive and continued to hiss and slither until the initiate’s invisible double or occupant got up.
