The cackle seemed to last forever as she repeated it the second and third times before she stopped. This was followed by a deafening silence as she inhaled deeply.

“I called this emergency meeting because of that…discomfort.” She soon stood up, with both hands behind her back, and started pacing in front of the silvery altar, with her head bowed.
