Chapter 7. Streaks of Jealousy

Aurora’s POV

I blinked hard at his words. Kissing him wouldn't have been hard if I didn't loathe him. Though my innards tingled at the thought of having his alluring lips on mine, I shoved away the feelings and thought of what to do.

"Why do you want me to go with you anyways? A Capo and serious womanizer like you is supposed to have women at his beck and call." I stated and he smirked, pinning his gaze on me which I held on even though I was having a fluttery feeling in my stomach.

"Sorry, but I can't disclose my reason to you. You are my worker so you don't get to ask me questions."

My lips twitched as he stirred up the flirty part of me. Like I said before, it would be more fun playing with him before paying for the sins of his father.

"Well, this isn't between a boss and his employee. This game is between a man and a woman so if you want me to accompany you, give me a good reason."
