That’s the difference between an asshole looking to be Alpha and one who is naturally born that way. Colton never needed to push me around to exert his dominance; you could feel it whenever you were around him. He was gentler than most wolves once you got close to him, but you knew he could turn savage and destroy anything in his wake if he needed to, like vampires in a courtyard.
