Zoe's POVI didn't go to work for three days after what transpired on Adams' Livestream. I couldn't handle the thought of confronting him with the humiliation I had put on him. It's like if I'm a teen who refuses to exhibit admiration after admitting it. I switched off my phone, so he couldn't contact me, and I felt a weight inside me, knowing he wasn't going to come to me.
