Chapter 24. I Know Every Part of This Woman's Body

Zoe's POVI slapped my two cheeks before entering the elevator. Aren't we lovers? So, everything will be smooth. I feel countless flowers swirling around me as I walk. With the sheer size of my smile, it was nice to paint my face. I greeted my coworkers with a smile that never left my lips.

As I sat in front of the table, my gaze was drawn to Adams' door, which was still shut at the moment. Is he on his way yet? Despite the fact that I had just sat down, I stood up and began walking towards it. I hadn't caught up with him by the morning after what we did last night. He didn't even wait for me to wake up, which irritated me.

I knocked and waited for him to open the door. Everyone was staring at me, presumably wondering why I was standing in front of his door when he hadn't called me. My feet and toes are agitated. When the door swung open, I was startled because his wrinkled face vanished. His face was grim, so I waved first, but his expression remained unchanged.
