Chapter 19

POV: Jaejun

Sitting on the white, thin sheets, I watched Hyun-Suk sleep.

I felt at peace, even after the previous day, my tears, and all my sadness; I felt at peace because he radiated that feeling.

Sleeping together at night, wrapped in each other's arms, gave me calm. But now, as I looked at him, I had a small smile on my lips as I watched his open and close with the soft snoring he let out.

His hands were around the pillow, but his cheek was squished right there.

I sighed, completely captivated.

It wasn't constant, but sighing for Hyun-Suk had become something that was happening more and more.

But there were reasons, and the first of them was placing an order for a special couple's breakfast, imagining how Hyun-Suk would react when he saw it. Well, I'm still waiting for it to be delivered, so I'm watching over his sleep and hoping he doesn't wake up now.
