Chapter 357

Eron appeared at another part of the earth. The sky churned with clouds so dark they turned day to night. Wind screamed through towns, ripping trees from their roots and tossing horses and carriages like toys. Towering waves—no, not waves, huge walls of water surged toward the town and they weren't slowing down. 

Eron gasped, staring at the water for he had never seen a disaster so large. Even all the disasters that he had stopped since he knew Vathar, combined, could not amount to this one and he didn't know the cause. 

He stretched his hands toward the heavens, eyes glowing light blue with power as he tried to control the waves, tried to send them back but it wasn’t working. Hurricanes kept forming, each one more furious than the last, feeding the tsunami with winds that defied logic. Houses were being destroyed. People were dying and Eron began to panic.
