Chapter 150

Albert's POV 

She must have seen it and left before anyone could find out. I knew I had to leave the house for a while. I could not face Alicia's when she woke up and saw it. 

"Where is Mary?" I asked one maid. "I haven't seen her." Was the reply. 

I asked all that I could find, but it was still the same answer. 

I went outside and asked the guards if they did and they told me that she left almost thirty minutes ago. She said she had somewhere to be very early. 

They also said she was in a hurry, so it's obviously the reason. 

I entered one of my cars and drove away. My driver wanted to drive me, but I told him to leave, that I was going to do it myself.

They just stood there and watched me behave like a mad man and drive out. There were two things involved. It's either they saw the news and knew why I was behaving like that, or they had no clue and wondered what the problem was.
