Albert's POV 

"She did what?" I asked again. "the message just dropped this morning. I printed a copy for you." She added as she gave the letter to me. 

I took it and looked at it. It was an official letter of resignation. I was now very worried. 

How could she do this? She has left me, I think for good this time because I have put her in a place of shame. 

"Thank you." I said to the receptionist as I went to my office. 

I opened the door and entered the office feeling very worried. If Alicia made up her mind to leave me too, that would mean I have lost both of them.
