Mary's POV 

I give Alpha Albert a quick glance, detecting the thought of having to meet Alicia in person. If she insults me so much at my back, what will she do in my presence? 

"Are you going?" I ask Alpha Albert after he ends the call.

"Yes!" This single word lands like a bomb on my ears. I hold my chest to ease the heart attack. "We are going now." 

"You're heeding to her word?" 

"Yes of course, we got to sort things out. This is the perfect opportunity for us to meet with each other, and tell ourselves the truth although she already knows it." 

"Do we get to sign the contract at once?" 

"Probably but let's get there first." 

Saying this, he grabs my wrist and walks me through the narrow path in the garden and eventually we pass through the restaurant into the exterior and back into the car.
