Mary's POV 

It took a while, but he agreed in the end. It was just like Alicia became more busy than ever after getting another promotion. Now, she would leave as early as eight in the morning and come back at ten at night. 

Albert was very lonely now. He would come to my room in the morning and stay till evening. He kept to his words and we didn't do anything intimate. 

We became like normal friends, talking and laughing and this made us explore ourselves on another level. We found similarities and differences as we talked. 

Now, the feelings are gone. It was like the friendship veil covered every other feeling for the meantime and that was what I wanted. 

The fact that he did not have work for a while and the ones he had, he just did them at home meant that he would spend a lot of time in the house and guess who would be in the house with him.
