“Did Maya ask about the date?”

“Yes, I said we had lunch and were planning to go for a movie and shopping but you started having a migraine.”

“Oh ok, so you are staying here tonight?”

“Hmmm.”

“It is not good to stay with your would-be groom in the same house just before the wedding.” He said, teasing me.

“It is not good to leave your only friend alone when he is not well.” I said with a smile. He smiled but it looked like a sad one.

“Don’t distract me, finish your food.” I said, raising one of my eyes.

“No, I have had enough. It might not be bad, but I don’t like it as well.”

“You are so fussy. Fine, now take a rest.”

“Hmmm but I am not sleepy.”

“Mohit Ji, you need to take a rest.”
