Chapter 21. Someone Hit Eve

Morning was approaching, but Eve was already up. She woke up to a strange nightmare. She dreamt about her parents walking away and telling her to look after herself and her sister.

But what woke her up was that she felt someone stroking her hair and kissing her forehead. 'Strange isn't it? And what's even stranger is that she felt someone whispering even though she couldn't clearly hear it!'

Eve was silent for a while trying to digest it, but finally she decided that it was just part of her dream! 'Maybe her parents did it, right?'

Eve, who couldn't sleep again, decided to make something for the morning. Finally she decided to make breakfast for herself and Allan, even though she came from a well-off family but Eve loved cooking, like her Mum, sometimes on holidays they cooked together. That's why Eve is used to making something even if it's just simple for herself.

Although she didn't make much, but for a girl her age, it was already an extraordinary thing.
