Chapter 75. The Family Once Envied
Today is one of those days. Except, unlike other times, I’m seated in a metal chair, my hands chained behind it.
I look around to check what I could make of the surrounding. Nothing. Just an empty, dusty space with piles of gun parts and a few huge cardboard boxes.
The place stinks as well, gathering this tough stench of metal. I don’t need anyone to tell me it’s one of mom’s old storage in the factory. Probably the ones she abandoned due to leakages and weak walls.
“Aloha, princess!” Polinel’s voice echoes from behind me. Then her footsteps resound in the same terrifying notice as she comes to stand in my front with a charming smile. “We’ve been waiting for you.” She makes a finger gesture before two men each roll in my parents who are both chained to wheelchairs.
They leave them at my sides. My mom on my right. My dad on my left. Lovely. No
