The day was like a cursed one for me. I was in a hurry to get to the office hoping and praying whatever was sent to Victor’s office didn’t get into his hands

I left the taxi I boarded a while ago and ran down the road as fast as I could. There was traffic hence I couldn’t wait for long when I was frightened

My mind was frantic with thoughts, “How is it possible to move this fast?” I thought as I moved my legs as high as they could carry me. I didn’t even mind the people staring at me thinking I was a madwoman.
