Chapter 39. Another Temptation to Help Him

Vivienne’s POV

After leaving Kyan’s room I was a little worried about the call Victor made. The message said he left some important files which he needed in half an hour and Kyan was nowhere to be seen

“Julia?” I called out to Julia as soon as I was downstairs. The house was indeed quiet, a little too quiet that I wondered if there was no other member of the family other than Monica or Justin who was Victor’s cousin but didn’t leave here

“Miss…do you need anything?” Julia came rushing from the kitchen and she looked worried. I scanned her face for a while and shrugged not sure why she had that worried expression on her face

“Where is everyone…is Kyan around?” I asked, looking around and I saw how her expression turned into a calm one.
