Chapter 66. He Came Down with a Fever

Vivienne’s POV

“He’s okay now…do you need anything?” the lady who brought the puppy after taking him to do who knew what said as soon as I took it from her.

I shook my head as I snuggled to the puppy and closed the door when she left. After that encounter with Victor he left and didn’t come back. I was embarrassed and just wanted to crawl away and never come back but it happened and I was seen naked again. And when I say again, I mean he did see me when he changed me when I drowned.

It was a shame to always get naked and careless but I was fully clothed. Baggy sweatpants with a loose long-sleeved gray cotton sweater which reached up covering my neck. I didn’t want to expose any skin not even my feet were covered in half white socks

I was damned to ever get so careless but I found Victor at fault. He knew we were sharing a room and he knew about knocking but the man had no manners to knock because he just barged in without knocking
