The case of Victor reminded me of the fact that indeed a doctor cannot heal themselves. They were humans just like us and needed help sometimes and now I was running around trying to help him

Several times he refused me to touch any part of him and reminded me of several promises I said about staying away from him but this was a life and death situation

He was shivering like a child and his fever had gone high hence I quickly washed his feet with warm water, dipped the clean normal socks in cold water, and made him wear them, and above I slipped in some dry wool socks since he was suffering from fever to get rid of the fever and increase circulation throughout the body.

“You’ll be fine sir,” I said as I sat down and placed a damp cloth on his forehead. I had to run between the bathroom and him just to get access to warm water from the tub. It would have been easy if I had a small basin to put water in.
